Pricing details

Active client means a client that is not archived in your workspace. Monthly session limits are shown in the plan features. Your records are retained when you reach a limit; upgrade before adding beyond your plan’s capacity.

You choose which client messages are sent, including scheduled reminders you enable.

Directory publication requires account review, completed profile details and an approved country listing. The public profile page is the same on every plan.

Video sessions are included with Professional, Growth and custom Clinic plans at no extra cost — there is no per-minute charge and no separate video bill.

Campaigns use neutral service-oriented copy and targeting that respects advertising-platform restrictions. No targeting based on sensitive health data, and no clinical records or client data are sent to advertising platforms. Tracking is limited to privacy-appropriate, non-clinical events where supported.
